SPOOLERS & COILERS
Team Meccanica has a full range of dead block coilers available and several spoolers in its range, such as single/double, horizontal/vertical, semi/fully automatic, designed to work with all kinds of spools: fixed/collapsible, manual/automatic decomposing or custom design.
Main Features:
- Maximum winding speed up to 30 m/s;
- Wire spooling capacity up to 5 tons;
- Wire diameters up to 14 mm;
- Layer-layer winding;
- Function to collect automatically specimens, set up from main pulpit;
- Simplified kinematics design, without gearboxes and reduced maintenance.
